STAINED GLASS QUILTED TABLE MAT

This lovely table mat is made of quilted sections that are completely finished in the hoop. The completed sections are sewn together to make the table mat. The design is applique-embellished with a low-density fill stitch. There are two versions, one is multi-colored the other is a single color. This easy-to-make design project requires a minimum 130mmx180mm ( 5"x7") embroidery area. Illustrated step-by-step instructions for the table mat, the bread "basket" and the napkin holder come with the designs. The individual pieces can be arranged in several ways to make attractive design combinations and the applique patch can be omitted for an outline-only embroidery design.

A lovely table mat featuring the multi-colored designs. The size of the mat depends on the number of sections; the above mat is approx. 12"x 25".

This stunning regulation size 17"x12" place mat was made by Veronica Wood. She used a coordinating fabric on the back side thus making her mats reversible! Super idea!

The one-color applique design was used to create these table mats.

Use some of the quilted sections to make this bread "basket". This one features the one-color applique design.

Betty Tighe made this lovely basket to match the place mats she made using the "Flower Vine" quilted squares. Only the satin outline of the design and the flower center have been used to embellish the brown "basket". Instructions for making the "basket" are included.

Use the smaller sections to make a napkin/letter holder. The applique patch has been omitted from this design. Instructions for this project are included.
