The unique napkin "buckles" are an in-the-hoop design project and require the 4"x4" (100x100mm) embroidery area. This original napkin "buckle" design (developed by Monica) is quick and easy to make in one hooping; step-by-step illustrated instructions are supplied with the designs. Each buckle requires two 5"x 5" squares of fabric so it's a great way to use up the small scraps in your fabric stash.
