"Eggstraordinary" Egg Cozies |
These made-in-the hoop projects require a minimum 100x100mm ( 4x4 inch) embroidery area. All cozies, with the exception of the Bunny and the Toque are
completely finished in the hoop. The Bunny and Toque cozies, because of the thickness of the felt layers are finished by sewing a 2-inch long seam on the sewing
machine.
These too-cute cozies are made of felt (woven and knit fabrics are not suited to this project) and are totally fun, very quick and easy to construct. Complete, fully
illustrated instructions are supplied with the designs ensuring that even the most inexperienced embroiderer/sewer can successfully create this project.
The cozies add a decorative touch to the breakfast/brunch table, plus, they keep the eggs warm. They can be used any time of the year, not just at Easter. They are
sized to fit up to extra large eggs and can be used with a variety of egg cups, from elegant to restaurant stainless-steel-utilitarian.
